The composition of machine:

1. Turntable: It is consist of roller conveyor and rotation platform.

Rotation platform adopt full closed structure.

Turntable adopt chain drive.

Turntable rotation speed can be adjustable: 6-12rpm, turntable soft start and soft stop, and finally, the machine will stop in the home position.

Motor for rotation: 0.75kw

Motor for conveyor: 0.75kw.

2. Mast and film carriage system:

Surface of mast adopt spray-powder, beautiful and durable.

Up-down of film carriage adopt double-chain drive so that the movement is steady.

Up-down speed of film carriage can be adjustable: 0-3m/min.

Motor for up-down: 0.37kw

Film carriage adopt powered pre-stretch film, the film tension can go to 1: 2.5.

Motor for pre-stretch film: 0.2kw.

3. Film tail treatment:

Automatic clamp film with gripper and cut film system.

Activated brush attaché film on the load.

4. Roller Conveyor (optional) :

With feed and outer roller conveyor line so that automatic transport the load.

5. Control box and control system:

Surface of control box adopt spray-powder, beautiful and durable.

PLC controller.

With photocell to sense the height of the load top.

Top/ up-down/ bottom/ over-wrap/ reinforce can be adjustable on the control panel.
