1.Used for drilling the tenon of aluminum and curtain wall profile.
2.Six sets of combination Tools (two sets of tools can adjust within 0-180 degree) can combine any size according to customer requirement.
3.Multi-piece profile and size of tenon can be processed per feeding, efficiency of work is high.
4.It can process the ladder-shape, rectangle groove, tenon and so on shapes via by adjust the position of the blades against up and down, front and back.
5.Big diameter blade with high speed can make the processing surface in good quality.
6.Transmission adopt gear transmit, frequency motor, transmit speed stably. It is adjustable to feed and back separately.
7.The machine’s dust-proof cover adopts stainless steel, nice appearance and long life.
8.Equipped with guiding balance mechanism at the four corners of clamping plate, ensures the flatness of clamping and uniformity of power, avoids making the profile out of shape.
